ジャケット：四隅スレ。上辺薄スレと開口部3cmほど割れ、下辺薄スレ、背表紙はまずまずですが折目に少しスレ。表裏、中面とも経年のシミ、薄汚れが全体に見られます。
ディスク：レーベルは微細なヒゲがほんの少し。盤面は薄スレ多めですが傷というほどのものはありません。B5に異物の混入のような突起がありますが幸いごく軽いプツ音を2回ほど発するだけでした。ざっとつまみ聴き試聴しましたが、軽いバックグラウンド・ノイズや散発的なチリプチのみでまずまずの良品です。
カンパニー内袋付属。

クロス・カントリーの73年唯一作。
ジェイ・シーゲル、ミッチ・マーゴ、フィル・マーゴ・・・名門ポップ・コーラス・グループ、トーケンズのメンバーですね。彼らが70年代的に変化を遂げ、新たに名乗ったのが「クロス・カントリー」です。
柔らかいサウンドと、緻密なコーラスが魅力の、極上のフォーキー・ソフトロックです。
郷愁を誘うスライドやマンドリン、アルゾ＆ユーディンを思い起こさせる瑞々しいハーモニー、パーカッション＆ストリングスが効果的な曲。
そして驚きなのがウィルソン・ピケット「ミッドナイト・アワー」のさわやかなフォーキー・カヴァー！
いやー素晴らしいですね。
オススメです。
