フェアポート・コンヴェンションの78年作「ティップラーズ・テイルズ」。
デイブ・スワーブリック、サイモン・ニコル、デイヴ・ペッグ、ブルース・ローランドの最少人数編成で作り上げたアルバム。
こういうのは神がかった快進撃を続けていた初期作と比べるのはやめといた方がいいですね。純粋に1978年のエレクトリック・トラッド作品として聴けば素晴らしい作品です。
ジャック・オライオンやジョン・バレイコーン他おなじみのトラッドの数々を楽しみましょう。

オリジナルは78年のヴァーティゴ盤。本品は89年のリイシューです。まずまずの美品です。
