いうまでもなくザ・フーのピート・タウンゼントがプロデュースで名高いサンダークラップ・ニューマンのフロントマンだった人ですね。
名盤"Thunderclap Newman / Hollywood Dream"と通底する米国憧憬ものの一枚で、英国流の哀愁味もばっちりあり、その筋の方ならまず文句のないアルバムと思います。
