70年代中頃にジョン・サイモンのプロデュースで2枚の作品を残した女性シンガーソングライターで、古くからシンガーソングライター好きの間で聴き継がれてきた作品です（その後88年にもソロ作あり）。
とても才能豊かな人でその後音楽プロデューサーや映画音楽の世界でも成功をおさめています。
この1stはマイク＆ランディ・ブレッカー、デイヴ・ホランド、ジャックデジョネット、コリン・ウォルコットといったジャズ勢にアーレン・ロス、ボニー・レイトなんかも加わって制作されています。
初めて聴く人でも一聴して際立つ曲の良さがわかると思います。
豊かで温かみのある歌いっぷりも素晴らしい。
名作といってよいでしょう。
女性シンガーソングライター・ファンには自信をもっておすすめできます。
