ジョイアス・ノイズの72年セカンドかつ最終作「ワンダリングマン」。
ボー・ブラメルズのロン・エリオットつながりで知られるマーク・マクルア在籍で知られるバンドです。マイク視点で見ると69年にシンガーソングライター・デュオ"Levitt & Mcclure"で名作"Living In The Country"をリリース、ジョイアス・ノイズに参加してアルバム2枚、その後スワンプ系シンガーソングライター名作として名高いソロ作"Songs For Old Ladys And Babys"を発表という流れになります。
さて本作ですが、プロデュースはそのロン・エリオット。60年代のサイケ気分を残したこの時代ならではのごった煮アメリカン・ロックで思わずにっこりとしてしまいます。
B面はロン・エリオット作の3部構成の組曲でマークがすべてのリードヴォーカルを取ります。じっくり聴き込むに値する素晴らしい曲です。
米国オリジナル盤。新品同様極美品です。
